Spring 2012 Social Events

Triangle Interweave Chapter's social events will vary from month to month. Times and places for each event are noted below and will be listed on the calendar . Unless otherwise noted, all members of the LGBTQ community are welcome to come to any event, though space may be limited in some venues. Please let the event host know that you plan to come. The host can also provide directions. If you want to host n event, please notify your kindly webistress or just announce it at a support group meeting

Movies at the Women's Club

With approval from the UU Congregation President, On Sunday, May 6, 2012, Interweave will show the next in a series of films at the Women's Club immediately following the Service. This film is entitled "Almost Myself”. It is a recent documentary about people born with Gender Dysphoria, some famous, some not so famous. The films are followed by discussion period as time permits. Since the film will begin shortly after noon, we encourage all who will be attending to bring a sack lunch. Lunches may be stored in the kitchen refrigerator/warmed in the microwave.

The Supper Bunch

A diverse group of support group attendees meets after each support group meeting at Denny's Restaurant, 2480 Citrus Blvd (US 27/441) for munchies, socializing and further discussion. Everyone is always welcome.
